Nichols, Kenneth D (1907-2000) American manager, involved in directing the guided missile research and development effort for the Secretary of Defense in the early 1950's.

Kenneth D. Nichols worked on the Manhattan Project in World War II and served in a variety of special weapons activities with the Department of Defense. In the early 1950s he was involved in directing the guided missile research and development effort for the Secretary of Defense. He also held posts with the Atomic Energy Commission and with industry.

Died: 2000.02.21.
