Leonid Vasilyevich Onishchenko Russian Military Officer. Born 1930. From 1983 served in KIK space tracking units.

Personal: Male. Born in Russia.

Earlier developed a range of automated control systems for satellites, notably the Interkosmos and Glonass series.
