Robert M White American Manager. Born 1923.

Robert M. White served as head of the U.S. Weather Bureau and the Environmental Science Services Administration in the 1960s, Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in the 1970s, and as head of the National Academy of Engineering in the late 1980s.
