Boris Rodionovich Aksyutin Russian Engineer. . Head and Chief Designer of the Central Design Bureau for Heavy Machine Industry, TsKB TM, 1977-1988.

Personal: Male. Born in Russia.

Hero of Socialist Labour, Lenin Laureate, and many state prizes. The bureau designed much of the detailed pneumatic and hydraulic equipment for launch complexes and silos. From 1969 they were the lead design bureau for silo-mounted command points.
