Anshakov, Gennadiy Petrovich (1937-) Russian engineer. Designer of automated information systems for spacecraft, General Designer at TsKB Progress.
Completed Barnaul Locomotive School in 1955, then trained at the Kuibyshev Aviation Institute. Received a Lenin Scholarship in 1958. Began work in 1961 at Filial 3 of OKB-1 at Samara (later a separate design bureau, TsKB Progress). Received numerous academic titles and honours and published over 100 papers.
