Mikhail Tutovich Dokhov Russian Military Officer. Born 1932. Chief of Centre for Automated Systems at GNITs MO Space Tracking Centre 1982-1990.

Personal: Male.

Entered the Red Army in 1951. Completed Serpukhovskiy Aviation-Technical School and sent to the Pre-Baltic Military Region for service. From 1957-1962 trained at the Kiev Higher Aviation Military School. From 1962 Chief of tracking station NIP-6. From 1966 Chief of tracking station NIP-11. From 1968-1970 took Commander's Course a Dzerzhinskiy Military Academy, then in 1970 made commander of one of the most important tracking stations, NIP-15. In 1974 named Chief of the First Directorate of TsKIK Space Tracking Centre. From 1982 Chief for Automated Systems at TsKIK Space Tracking Centre. Retired in 1990.
