Fastovets, Aviard Gavrilovich (1937-) Russian test pilot, 1963-2001. From 1963 to 1978 test pilot for the Spiral spaceplane.

Soviet Air Force test pilot. Began work informally as early as 1963 on the EPOS Spiral spaceplane. Officially designated as a Spiral test pilot from 1965 until 1969. From 1976 - 1978 chief test pilot for the MiG-105 reduced scale version of the Spiral OS spaceplane.

Birth Place: Kovrov, Vladimir.
Status: Inactive.
