Richard C. Henry was a career United States Air Force officer involved in the development of space systems during the last part of his service. He was commander of Air Force Space Division, Los Angeles, California, between 1978 and 1982, and Vice Commander of Air Force Space Commander for almost a year in 1982-1983, retiring as a lieutenant general.
