Horowitz, Norman H (1915-2005) American biologist, at Caltech from 1940, worked at JPL on the Viking Mars lander program.

Norman H. Horowitz was a biologist educated at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), receiving a Ph.D. in 1939. He made a career as a scientist at Caltech and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, California. At JPL he worked as a scientist on the Viking Mars lander program.
