Sergei Petrovich Izotov Russian Chief Designer. Born 30 June 1917. Died 6 May 1983. Chief Designer and General Designer 1960-1983 of OKB- 117.

Personal: Male. Born in Russia.

Although predominately an aircraft turbine engine designer, he also developed the engines for Chelomei's UR-100 missile and LK-700 manned lunar lander.
