Saus


Saus, Valentin Andreyeich (1932-) Russian officer. Deputy Chief GNITs KS Space Tracking Centre for Space Communications and Television 1977-1991.

Entered Kharkov Aviaition Communications School in 1959, afterwards serving in the 195h Air Army of the Northern Group of Forces. In 1959 transferred to the new RVSN rocket forces. Studied at a Communications Academy from 1962-1967, thereafter made Chief of Communications at 14-NII, then Chief of a unit at tracking station NIP-6, Deputy Chief for Radio Commands at tracking station NIP-11, and finally commander of tracking station NIP-3 1973-1976. Retired in 1991
