Joint Kazakh-Russian-Ukrainian project announced in 2000 to produce an 'ecologically safe' replacement of the Proton booster that would use Energia launch facilities at Baikonur. No details available, and no more heard about it.

Status: Design 2000. Payload: 20,000 kg (44,000 lb). Apogee: 185 km (114 mi).

From the participants and facilities announced, it would seem to have been a resurrection of the Energia-M in some form.

LEO Payload: 20,000 kg (44,000 lb) to a 185 km orbit at 51.60 degrees.
